In the event of an IT breakdown:
Our Dental Therapists will continue to see children at school on the mobiles, for their yearly examination. Dental Therapists will use latex free gloves and will not take x-rays nor apply fluoride varnish. Due to not having the medical history, examination and online consent available, they will be using patient information checked prior to visiting the school (which could be up to 4 weeks prior). There is a small chance that if you have removed consent for examination within the last 4 weeks that your child may be examined, inadvertently.
If your child's medical situation changes at any time it is important that you update it with us as soon as possible so that it can be added to your child's medical record.
